ICICS 2023 will be held at Tianjin Scientists & Engineers Club(天津科技工作者之家), No.2 of Hehui South Road, Jinnan District, Tianjin, China from Nov. 18 (Saturday) to Nov. 20 (Monday), 2023, about 30 minutes away from Tianjin Binhai International Airport by taxi.

Tianjin (Chinese: 天津; pinyin: Tiānjīn) is a metropolis in northern China and one of the five national central cities of the People's Republic of China. Tianjin borders Hebei Province and Beijing Municipality, bounded to the east by the Bohai Gulf portion of the Yellow Sea. As a dual-core city, Tianjin is divided into the old city and the Binhai New Area. Tianjin Five Old Street, the Tientsin Eye, Tianjin Italian Style Street, Ancient Cultural Street, Ceramic House, Occidental Cathedral and The drum tower are located in the old city. The Conference will be held in Tianjin Scientists & Engineers Club which is near Nankai University.

Accommodation

We will provide accommodation at Tianjin Scientists & Engineers Club and a number of single and double en-suite guest rooms have been reserved for participants of the Conference. The price with prices at $57-75 (¥400-530) per day.

In addition, there are many other close-by hotels, e.g., Hanting Hotel and Home Inn. The prices range from $20-80 (¥140-560) per day.

How to get to Tianjin

Tianjin can be accessed through Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN) with service to and from the cities around the world. Tianjin Binhai International Airport is the one of the world’s largest airports. Almost all the domestic and international flights in Tianjin dock and take off in it.

Tianjin Scientists & Engineers Club is about 25 km away from Tianjin Binhai International Airport and 26 km away from Tianjin Railway Station, offering various services including accommodation, catering, conference, leisure, entertainment and so on. Attendees can take the airport shuttle bus from Tianjin Binhai International Airport to the hotel, or they can take a taxi to the hotel, around 30 minutes.

Alternatively, attendees can take the subway from Beijing International Airport to Beijing South Railway Station, then take the intercity train from Beijing South Railway Station to Tianjin Railway Station, and finally take a taxi/subway to the hotel.
